Melstacorp Limited manages DCSL’s shareholdings of subsidiaries and associates, and it now provides greater focus and attention to the diversified investments of the DCSL Group. The group has shared services such as treasury, finance, audit and control and human resources. Unified under one “Melsta” umbrella, we will continue to combine the Group’s synergies so as to drive optimum resource utilization and financial benefits to emerge as a diversified conglomerate in the near future.

The Board of Directors overlooks the functions of the companies under Melsta Limited. The Board is made up of prominent business entities in the country with decades of experience between them.
