  •   Handle inbound and outbound call professionally
  •   Good communication skills - English and Sinhala
  •   Fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
  •   Minimum Academic Qualifications - Ordinary Level.
  •   Computer Literacy (MS office package).
  •   Ability to work on roster/shift basis.
